Following the success of the 1st ESWC Summer School 2011, PlanetData is pleased to announce The 2nd ESWC Summer School 2012. The event will be co-located with The 9th Extended Semantic Web Conference 2012 in May 21st - 26th 2012 at Heraklion, Greece. The ESWC Summer School 2012 will provide an opportunity for Master’s and Ph.D. students in the area of the Semantic Web to learn the current key topics in the field from the leading researchers in the area.

The school will cover the topics of:

  • Web languages and Web scale reasoning
  • Practical ontology engineering including repository alignment
  • Linked Data publication and usage
  • Semantic support for Web APIs and services
  • Semantics and front ends
